Basic facilities. Would have been better if we were given a plan of the building to show location and directions of shops nearby. There are many exit to this place and can be confusing and tiring for the elderly. Housekeeping is not daily like it was advertised.

If the guest did not request and we came in to clean, the guest would not have privacy and would be upset with us. We did not receive any cleaning request from you. Hi stayed there for 5 days in june 2024 very nice building 24 hour security access to everything you need first three floors of building are all shops resurants grocery store coffee shops plus the building next store has hair salon massage more restaurants and there are always cabs in front of the mall entrance next to starbucks
