Boutique hotel. The hotel staff, from the receptionists, to the cleaners and kitchen staff, are polite and professional. The room is fully equipped. At breakfast, there is a choice between local and Western food. The beef soup, Hanoi's most iconic, was excellent.

Rooms have windows, but they don't. Rooms with windows may have exterior windows, skylights, or corridor windows; be sure to ask which type you prefer. Some rooms have ants. Located in the old town tourist area, vehicle access is difficult. However, the surrounding area is suitable for strolling.
