The hotel is well-located within the old town, yet in a spot that avoids traffic jams, making it easy to call a Grab car. The room, bathroom, and other facilities match the photos online. Breakfast includes basic Vietnamese pho and coffee. The hotel's massage service is also good, and reasonably priced. The staff are friendly and always smiling, making for an excellent overall experience. I would definitely consider staying here again if I return to Hanoi.

We got upgraded to the family room. The bunk bed was a hit with my son. The extra space in the room was very nice. Breakfast was simple but yummy. The kid play area was also simple and nice for the child to use up some energy.

Cons: The shampoo and shower gel had an odd smell, so I didn't dare to use them. There were also four small spiders and one ant that appeared intermittently on the table near the window. Room 906 had a smell of mouse droppings outside the door. I stayed for two nights. The first night was quiet as there were no guests next door. On the second night, I was woken up at around 3 AM by a couple arguing loudly in the adjacent room (905). I called the front desk to handle it, and then it quieted down. Pros: The staff were friendly, and the bedding was clean, with a comfortable firmness, making for a pleasant sleep.

Excellent hosts, friendly staff, fantastic location in the heart of old quarter, easy walking distance to weekend market, beer street, train street plus the famous lake. The hotel is quite and the rooms are spacious and has a modern design. Most of the Michelin Guided eateries are nearby. Special thanks to Stella and Jasmine for making my stay extra enjoyable, between them they help with restaurant recommendations and assist with bookings and giving directions. The onsen spa in the open sky was an absolute luxury, private with the sweeping view across hanoi. Happy to return and stay here again on my next visit. Highly recommended 👌

I booked it for two nights, as it was the final stop on my planned itinerary. The location is excellent for exploring the sights of central Hanoi.
