TrangTrang Luxury Hotel

I had such a warm welcome at Trang Trang Luxury Hotel Hanoi! The service was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and attentive. The hotel is in a very convenient location, close to the lake and within walking distance of many places. It was comfortable and easy to explore Hanoi from here. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel! ❤️

The room condition does not match the photos shown online. It was not clean and showed signs of poor maintenance, such as cracks, peeling paint, cobwebs, spiders, water leakage marks, and poor soundproofing. Considering the price paid, the room should have been in much better condition. I hope the hotel can take this feedback into account and make improvements. However, I would like to compliment the staff. Overall, the staff were very helpful, attentive, and proactive in assisting us in every aspect.

Great hotel with some good service. Weird ceiling heights (I couldn’t stand up 6’2) but otherwise fine. Unfortunately we booked a room with a window but the window was blocked with a concrete wall. Weird

The manager Anthony is very deligient and helpful, assistance was given adequately. Pleased with the overall decision of choosing this hotel.

Disappointing Stay with Major Service Failures · Room Quality: Very inconsistent between the two family rooms booked. No window, was extremely cramped, and was located directly next to the elevator. · Cleanliness: Surface-level only. Found dust, human hairs, and debris on the floors. · Noise: Paper-thin walls. Could hear everything from the hallway and neighbouring rooms. · Service Nightmare: · Requested a room change at night (offering to pay) due to the claustrophobic and depressing room. · Staff response was to question our timing and suggest we tolerate it. · Conflicting instructions: One staff member agreed, another later revoked the offer, blaming the first's inexperience. · Had to insist and pay extra to finally change rooms. · Additional Issue: Friend's earphones were thrown away by the hotel. Bottom Line: The poor rooms were made infinitely worse by unprofessional, argumentative, and confusing service. We felt like an inconvenience, not guests.

I think except best location, the rest are not good, i got an old room next to evelvator (understand i had last minute booking so it wont have much options), however the room at night too noisy by the noise around of the building, toilet super smelly. Then we requested to have room upgrade, things seemed much better but toilet still too smelly i guess their water system is old. Got many small flies more than 10. They should fix the smell issue then should be fin
