There's a park nearby for walks, and as you can see from the pictures, there's also a delicious Japanese restaurant. The room was in good condition, and all the staff were incredibly friendly. I'd definitely stay here again next time. Thank you!

We spent 2 nights at this hotel, and if we could have extended our stay, we definitely would have. The staff are incredibly friendly and speak decent English, enough to communicate easily. The breakfast is plentiful with a good variety of choices. But their real strong suit is the location. They are right in front of the lake; if you choose a lake view room, you'll be treated to a huge glass window that will make you fall in love and forget about the heat and humidity outside. There's also a small balcony for anyone who wants to enjoy a drink with a lake view. I'll definitely come back if I find myself in Hanoi again. Another bonus is that thanks to them, every time you leave and return to the hotel, you get a 20% discount on your Grab taxi ride. What more can I say? Absolutely recommended!

Although it's not particularly close to the airport, the quality of the accommodation was good, and I liked that there was a separate gym, even if it was small.

This is a good, new hotel with very friendly and responsive staff. The room was clean, convenient, and comfortable. The hotel is located near a lake, a Lotte Mart supermarket, and there's also a VinMart nearby, offering many souvenir items and good cafes and restaurants. Special thanks to the dining hall manager who always greeted guests with a smile, and to the chefs. They made very delicious and varied breakfasts. Great job, guys!

I really need to vent about both Trip.com and this hotel. How did it ever get ranked number one? It's just a B&B, how can it be rated 4 stars? The whole room was incredibly dirty, the room was moldy, and the breakfast was terrible. While the price wasn't high, it actually got cheaper closer to the date, so I paid more by booking early. Trip.com's dynamic pricing is definitely not a myth; they deserved that 5 billion fine. To top it off, the hotel accused me of consuming items from the minibar during check-out, which I strongly refuted. Trip.com really needs to fix its ranking algorithm; it's quite a rip-off for domestic consumers.

The duvet in the room was a bit thin, so it got a little cold sleeping with the AC on at night. However, the staff provided excellent service. The breakfast was delicious, and the breakfast staff were also very kind. After serving you noodles, they'd even remind you how to use the condiments, which felt really heartwarming! The doorman also consistently paid attention to our comings and goings, always helping with luggage.
