A nice place to stay overall. Away from the bustling streets of the old quarters but close enough to everything. Its unfortunate that construction is still going on but it wasn't noisy, just not the most appealing area as you walk to the homestay. I would recommend.

A cute homestay near the Westlake, so the location is not an issue. It has an elevator, the room is spacious, and in good condition. However, the soundproofing is not so good. The narrow alley to the hotel means the taxi may not get you to the front door, so consider it if you have a lot of luggage. Overall, it is a very good stay for the price. I recommend it for a budget hotel.

The apartment is located not far from the lake. The room itself was comfortable and clean. Convenient online check-in. Unfortunately, there is currently some construction work going on nearby.

Great location, relatively quiet, clean and tidy. The washing machine was very convenient, and the kids loved it.

Contactless check-in was a breeze; we checked ourselves in at 11 PM without any issues. There's a projector, and we easily connected to YouTube using our phones. The room has two air conditioners; the one in the bedroom area works better than the one in the common area. The only minor inconvenience was that the road is under renovation, so we had to take a slight detour. The room was clean, equipped with dishes, and the fridge had ice and two bottles of drinking water.

Great stay, loved the self check in :) would stay again! The location was slightly out of old quarter which is both a blessing and a curse but works well if you want a bit of a quieter stay

We stayed at Lilo’s Home Stay West Lake for 5 days during our Hanoi trip and booked 3 rooms. The location near West Lake is good and the atmosphere was decent, but we faced several issues during our stay. One room had an air conditioner issue for 2–3 days, which caused discomfort. Another room had a washroom handle problem that needed maintenance. Also, the room sizes were smaller than expected and did not fully match the description shown during booking. In addition, road construction work outside the property made reaching the stay difficult and uncomfortable, especially with luggage. The property has potential and the staff were polite, but better maintenance, accurate room descriptions, and improved accessibility would make the experience much better.
