Vinhomes D'Capitale | Luxury service apartment Hanoi - Harry Homes

Check-in was seamless. The host sent detailed instructions in Chinese beforehand and even checked in with us to make sure we arrived safely. The room was well-equipped, the bed was very comfortable, and we were able to get a good rest every day.

I booked a two-day stay, and my biggest complaint was that on the first day, someone was fixing the air conditioning in my room for several hours right after I checked in. We were even worried about the safety of our personal belongings when we went out for dinner. I thought it was fixed, but then the AC broke down again in the middle of the night, making it impossible to sleep due to the heat. We complained on the second day, and they sent someone to fix it again, who stayed in the room for over 12 hours throughout the entire day. I felt like I had no privacy at all. It was truly disappointing.

The room was very clean and looked pretty much like the pictures. The host spoke Chinese, which made communication super easy and was a great help to us. Overall, it was a very good stay and definitely recommended.
