Lake view is beautiful. However water & surroundings of Lake are not clean.

I stayed here with my boyfriend for two nights and have to say it the room is cheap for what it is. The fact that they have 4 stars is beyond me. Photos on the ad are clearly old photos as the building and rooms need a good bit of improvement and updating. The room had a lake and sky line view, which was lovely to see at night. Our room was clearly affected by the moisture and humidity as there was a huge patch of paint peeling from behind the curtains. The bathtub and shower curtain looked very old and worn. It's a nice location and nice building, but seems they haven't updated anything in quite some time. The building was very quiet and empty..if that's what you're looking for, then that should do it. But if you want a bit of an atmosphere, then maybe book somewhere in the old quarter.

The room was very nice. The pool is large and good for swimming, but the very large hotel is like a ghost town from a horror movie. Not because it was scary, because it was just so big and no one was there. The staff were on point whenever we requested or needed anything.

clean-4, location for me it is far from old quater and center area so always calling grab :). If u want to calm and silence in hanoi, that is it. service not good but not bad, suggesting to improve the breakfast. Amenties old but fair

Excellent location right on the lake! Big areas and relaxing spot for swimming pool and enjoy the sunset. My only dislike was to take my heavy luggage all the way upstairs, no elevator.... Rather than that! We excellent quality for the price.

Looks like an old hotel building, but I had nice stay during my solo travelling to Vietnam.

The location was good, central to many places in Tay Ho. The hotel staff was friendly and the services provided was great. They have a pool area overlooking the West lake which is stunning. My room had a balcony with a stunning lake view, spacious and clean. They also have an on site restaurant with some delicious food and drinks. They also have a mini golf course and other amenities. I had such a nice experience at this hotel and would definitely visit again.

I was already having a difficult time in Vietnam due to an experience with a dog. No fault of this hotel. I gave my trip a second chance and booked this hotel as a Final chance. I couldn’t connect to the Wi-Fi in my room at all. I had to connect to the next room’s Wi-Fi and sit next to the wall as this is the only way it would connect.  I had to leave all my luggage downstairs as the lift was broken and I was put on the second floor. I was staying for a few days, but I felt like the lack of care and the cold hospitality and lack of Wi-Fi was not worth my time. No one offered to help bring my luggage upstairs. It was sorry it’s not working. Reception should’ve told you figure it out taking two suitcases up the stairs.  Underneath the stairs was a huge body of water and no water to prevent me from falling.  I had a shower in my room and booked my ticket out of Vietnam that day.  Besides this hotel, I thought Vietnamese people were very hospitable and kind.  I know I won’t get a refund.

Good 4 Star Hotel and the price is good for $24

Hotel is very old but room they give us was nice with lake view . Breakfast better skip due is not buffet and nothing to eat its just PHO and egg
