The staffs are very good. The breakfast is delicious. The room is clean and smells very good. The hotel is beautiful. The area outside the hotel is convenient to find food and travel.

The staff is very friendly. The water in the shower room in the bathroom wasn't coming out, but they fixed it right away. The work was done very quickly. The room was also very pretty.

The location of the hotel is very good, and it is also very convenient to go to Hoan Kiem Lake and the cathedral. The room I stayed in had no windows and no view, but it was very peaceful when sleeping. The room was moderately spaced and felt very hygienic. The air-conditioning and hot water were sufficient. The shower head was easy to use and the shower room was well drained. The bed is medium firm. I checked in at night and then went out. When I came back, I saw the staff's little attention and felt attentive. In the morning, on the highest floor (9/F), the lift only goes up to 8/F. If you are not comfortable taking the stairs, please be careful.

It's in the old quarter of Hanoi, and is close to the Joseph Cathedral, so you can enjoy a meal, sightseeing, and massages. The breakfast is not particularly good, but the surrounding area is pretty much the same for anyone who doesn't like Vietnamese food.

The staff service is very good, especially the little brother and sister at the front desk The hotel is relatively old. The quilts used at this price are still cotton quilts. The ventilation is average. The sheets and sheets have a feeling of not being fully dried.
