Located near Koreatown but a bit far from the old town, it's highly recommended if your main activities are in the Koreatown area. The overall environment is clean and tidy, and the service is attentive.

The location is good and the service is good, but someone is smoking inside the hotel, so the smell of cigarettes is strong. Non-smokers, please do not stay here.

It seems like a new hotel... but the walls inside the hotel rooms are still finished with cement... They're doing a lot of construction at night ㅠㅠ

The hotel is a converted townhouse. The rooms are clean, but the soundproofing is so-so. It's located in Myeong Korean Street, surrounded by various Korean restaurants and some Chinese restaurants.

This is a hotel located in Miding, which I mainly use during business trips. 1) Location: It is located in the center of Miding, so it is very satisfying for restaurants/grab calls/finding the surrounding area. 2) Facilities/cleanliness: It feels a bit old. There is a lot of cigarette smell in the bathroom, and it is quite noisy when the ventilation is turned on. The towels, fans, etc. feel quite old. Quite noisy (the staff are noisy from early in the morning, and the surrounding noise can be heard well.) 3) Service: There is an information staff who can speak Korean 24 hours a day. It is suitable for staying for a few days with good cost-effectiveness. In fact, there is not much difference between other hotels in Miding, so I mainly use Bluebiz Hotel when I am on business trips.

Perfect for business trips

Koreans seem to be comfortable sleeping there. The room is a bit small, but it's convenient because there's a Korean restaurant nearby. Smoking is non-smoking. It was nice and a little inconvenient to visit. The entrance is not soundproof. People who play golf in the early morning are noisy when they sleep. Disturbed.
