Incredible good price value for clean and spacious Hotel in Old Town Hanoi. Staff is incredible friendly, breakfast was yummy as well. Will be back on my next trip.

Good location! Hotel is located within walking distance to Old Quarter😊 Was served by Ms Yen and her team & their service was top-notch! Ms Yen showed us the two types of rooms available and let us choose after. She also shared about the tours to Ninh Binh & Ha Long Bay and helped us book them respectively. It saved me so much of time and money, if I had book from another vendor. Their breakfast spread is beautiful and filling. Their chef and team are very eager in helping us out with our bags to helping us pack our breakfast when we had to head out as early as 6:30am. Ms Yen was always contactable via WhatsApp and was one of the reasons I got to try really tasty Cha Ca Thang Long as well! I’m glad to have chosen this hotel and will highly recommend it to anyone who is planning on visiting Hanoi!

I cannot thank Aquarius hotel enough! I was there on a business trip and the staff were so so helpful with helping me print documents and helping call taxis for me. I had to extend my trip and they made it super easy. Super friendly staff made this trip for me. Bed was comfortable and had really nice breakfast with a few different options to chose from daily. The location is close enough to the lake and also pub street, really nice to walk around and see some of the sights around Hanoi. I would definitely recommend!

Conveniently located in the old quarter, close to Hoan Kiem Lake, the Cathedral, 36th Street and Train Street. 8 minutes walk from delicious pho 10. Clean and sanitary. The front desk is warm and thoughtful. You can also store your luggage for free after check-out. Five-star recommendation

As soon as you enter the hotel, you can smell the stench of toilet mixed with cheap fragrance. The room is very small, each person can only order one breakfast, and the mineral water provided is the smallest 300 ml per person per day. Excellent location

Good location, close to Hoan Kiem Lake and 13th Street. There are many snack shops and massage shops below the hotel.

Get an upgraded room, exquisite breakfast, fresh milk, and you can add some rice noodles and omelette eggs. The service is beyond expectations. The price of renting a motorcycle is reasonable. I will stay again next time

The rooms are poor and communication is difficult.

I slept well and woke up alone in a twin room on the second floor. The room is clean. It's not even humid.

This hotel is in a great location at an affordable price. Perfect for sleeping on business or travel. The staff are active and friendly. Breakfast was also satisfactory.

I never comment, but I’m here to tell you my experience. First of all, this is a B&B, not a hotel. It’s so rubbish. We were forced to wait until 14:00 to check in even though there were rooms available. We couldn’t move one point in advance. The attitude was extremely good. No. I couldn’t stay at the hotel written by Ctrip. Later, I would rather not stay in this B&B and find a room on another platform. I couldn’t believe Ctrip’s service.

Location, food, and service were all good, but the facilities were good. It's a bit disappointing that it's different from the promotional material. In the promotional material, it's not Legend Motel, but Grand Hotel. Please correct it.
