Lousy service,Lousy breakfast,Have wifi but cannot connect.I book with room w window.But, I get fake window with blinder.At night cannot sleep well can hear people talking loudly.And banging doors

Service , breakfast good , room big enough for couple with big bags space to keep aside . Staff helpful with our request & inform us about nice foods around & general safety about road crossing & awareness . Certainly will come back if we visit this part of Hanoi again .

Located in Hanoi's Old Quarter, it's in a great location for sightseeing in the Old Quarter. The facilities aren't particularly impressive considering the price. The hotel staff were very helpful and willing to help with things like arranging a taxi to the airport. However, you'll need pajamas and razors, as they aren't provided at the hotel.

The service was excellent and the location near the old town was great.

Booked a room on the app but the hotel did not receive the booking information. The result was that the room was fully booked and I was transferred to another room that was not the same as the original room type I chose. The hotel gave me 2 free breakfasts.

The location is very good, in the old town, not far from Huanjian Lake, you can take a walk by the lake at night, etc. The hotel facilities are a bit old, and the soundproofing is not very good, but the counter staff are very nice and will try their best to meet your needs

The location is good and the staff is friendly. Breakfast is a la carte, not buffet. There are two massage parlors next to the hotel. They close at about 11 o'clock. You can go shopping when you go out of the alley. It's close to Huanjian Lake.

Close to tourist attractions

The location of the hotel is very good. The price is also quite suitable. The room size is just right and clean. The hotel is right in the pedestrian street. The service quality of the front desk staff is very good. Thumbs up.
