The hotel was exceptionally clean and conveniently located near many restaurants. It had a classic Japanese-style atmosphere, and the overall experience was excellent.

I had a great experience in this hotel mostly due to very welcoming and helpful staff. Although, my room was a little small, I didn’t mind it. Breakfast was OK. Overall, I would recommend the hotel.

The hotel's location is decent, with a large lake nearby perfect for a 2km run. However, the hotel facilities are very poor, and breakfast is extremely basic.

The staff is very nice, the room was clean and had water and a kettle. The hotel is located 30 mins walk from the old quarter,but I enjoyed the walk. The have laundry service or you can use washing machines downstairs, they even provided the detergent. The only minor issue was the water drain,but they notify you,asking to stop the water,which is manageable if you compare to other minuses. The area behind the hotel closer to the lake has a lot of nice coffee shops. The only minus was the noise coming not from AC but sounded like one above my room,but it was ok.

This hotel is a little further afield from the old quarter which is what I wanted. 15minutes on a bike to get there or 45 minutes walk i took a few times just to get my steps in and see the city. Staff are really friendly and accommodating. Two reasons I also chose here was the fact they have a gym and guest accessible laundry room without additional fees. The gym was basic but did what I needed it to. Good Treadmill, weights etc. Laundry room wasn't fully occupied whenever I went to use it (twice) which was a plus. Room always tired well daily. Would definitely stay again. Breakfast was always yummy.

The hotel is located behind a lake and conveniently close to Vincom Center, about a 7-minute walk. The location is pleasant and easy to get around. Breakfast was okay, nothing special. Check-in and overall service were smooth and straightforward. It’s a simple 4-star hotel and worth the price.

Great hotel, we've stayed here twice already. The location was actually even more convenient for us than the old town. You can get anywhere by taxi. The staff at the hotel are incredibly polite! They really try their best. The rooms are quite small, but for the two of us, everything was convenient and comfortable.

The breakfast in the morning was pretty good, quite comprehensive with decent taste. However, the room was relatively small. Once you open your luggage and place it on the floor, there's basically no room to walk around. The location, on the other hand, was quite good, right next to a lake.

It has been great staying here. I have already rebooked! The staff are very helpful as well. I enjoyed that it is close to the lake so you can go for a walk or run through the beautiful trees. Great stay.

The front desk service was excellent, very helpful, and they promptly addressed any issues. They also gave us great recommendations for tourist attractions. Breakfast was incredibly rich, with both Chinese and Western options, and the restaurant staff were very welcoming.

The staff are very friendly, helpful and very accommodating. I went there for business matters and then switched to another room that was mentioned that could fit 2 adults and 2 kids (based on Trip.com). However, the bed didn't suit 2 kids and 2 adults. Probably they could provide a bigger bed for the room that was mentioned as suitable for 2 adults and 2 kids (as mentioned in the Trip.com). Apart from that, the stay in the hotel was fabulous. I will surely stay in the hotel if I have a chance to visit the place again. Thank you so much.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were kind, friendly, and always helpful. The hotel is clean and well maintained. Our room was clean and cozy, and it was very nice to come back and relax there after a long day. The bed was comfortable. The location is a bit away from the Old Quarter, but still very convenient, with many places to eat nearby. It’s also about a 5-minute walk to Vincom Center. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. We really enjoyed the homemade yogurt, and the fruits were always fresh, ripe, and tasty. We enjoyed our stay and would gladly stay here again.
