If you're booking a Deluxe Family Room, only Room 602 has a window. Rooms 1-5, although they have windows, are completely obstructed. If this bothers you, it's best to avoid them.

Overall they have everything that we need for basic amenities. The room is quite spacious and clean. Reception very friendly and can speak english. Breakfast not too bad, they provide pho noodle as well.

I booked this hotel thinking it was a chain, but after checking in, I realized it was terrible. The room was small, dirty, not soundproof, and had an unpleasant smell with various bugs. The bathroom was tiny and filthy! The front desk service was also poor. The only good thing was the security staff. No wonder it was non-refundable after booking; there was clearly a reason for it! The hotel rooms are bigger compared to other hotels around the area. Location is close to Hanoi old quarter with stores around the area. Karry in the reception is friendly making sure we have a comfortable stay.
