The location is great, right in the city center with plenty of food options nearby. You can pretty much city walk everywhere. The hotel itself has a French architectural style, but the rooms are quite small, so the value for money isn't the best.

Friendly and helpful staff. The staff provide enough information round the hotel. Walking distance to old squatters. Very good location. The room is a bit small for 3 person. Choose a bigger room instead or book Acoustic Premier hotel.

Great location and great staff. The only issue was small rooms but its hard to find large hotel rooms in the old quarter.

Everything is good! I treved all over thw world. It is quite difficult to meet this kind of accomoodation! Location, room service, massage, food were fantastic! Lobby workers all were very kind! I recommend this hotel to everyboay!

The room was really small; I blame myself for not checking the square footage. First, the pros: Excellent location, convenient to everywhere; excellent service, the staff were very welcoming; breakfast was average, but worth trying if it's included with your booking. The glass door to the balcony provided excellent soundproofing. Cons: Cleanliness was so-so, the room was small, and the toilet and toilet paper placement in the bathroom were very inconvenient. The room door had very poor soundproofing, with huge gaps; when I went to the bathroom at night, I thought the door wasn't closed properly. By the way, there's a coffee shop right across from the hotel, which I highly recommend. The spa on the basement level, although not cheap, is also highly recommended.

The service at the hotel was excellent, except for breakfast. The breakfast was average at best, there was a lot of dust in the room under the bed and in other corners (which you don't notice right away). There was no soundproofing in the hallway. In the evening I was kept awake by a group of people shouting around and in the morning I woke up to the same thing. The location is good except between quite noisy streets

I've been there three times. You can get anywhere in the city center by bus, using Route 11. It's within walking distance of the railway cafe, the bar strip, and the night market. Facilities: Okay for Vietnam, not as luxurious as Macau, but cozy and comfortable. Cleanliness: Fair, except for the lack of disposable slippers, but it seems Vietnam doesn't even have them, so bring your own if you're concerned. Ambience: Romantic 😄 Service: English. On my third visit, someone spoke Chinese, and I've seen improvement 😂. Aside from the slightly unconventional name, everything else is pretty decent. Lots of foreigners. The breakfast, though, is a bit small for those who enjoy a wide variety, but it's filling. Overall, it's pretty good and I'd definitely recommend it next time.
