Hanoi Aria Central Hotel & Spa Reviews

This hotel is excellent. Its location is perfect—it’s right in the ancient city center, only 300 meters from the train station. The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Kelly. She was amazing! When we couldn’t buy train tickets, she helped us patiently. She also helped us change to a more suitable room when we needed one. Everything here is wonderful, and we highly recommend this hotel to our friends.

I first stayed at a different hotel in Tay Ho, but the customer service was not helpful. After that, I moved to a Hanoi Aria central hotel & spa and the experience was completely different. From the moment I stepped in, they welcomed me warmly and provided printed information about the city, including places to visit and where to eat. The staff were so sweet and helpful. They cleaned my room every day .Thank you to all the workers there 🙏🏾. Wish them Happiness new year

I have just had a very comfortable stay. The room is clean. The bed is very comfortable, though a bit short being 6’1 (186). The people working here are so friendly and helpful. They speak English well. The location is great. Many restaurants around. Near the train station and food market. They offer massage services, though I haven’t tried it myself. They clean the room well, every day. Really good value! The wifi unfortunately is unreliable and weak. They tried to solve it. The speed increased but it will randomly cut or be super slow. Not suitable for online gaming + you’ll be constantly waiting for things to load. Calls drop randomly.

Paid for this room just to keep luggage near the train station for a couple of hours. And for the shower. The room had a really sharp artificial scented smell to cover the smoking smell that was prior in the room. BUT this room was worth it to be close to the railway station.

We checked in at 10pm. Front office collected another VND300k because my child was above 5. Was really surprised to hear that when country like Japan and Korea do not collect surcharge for children below 12. The toilet was horrible. There was no segregation from the bath floor. So water leaked into the sink and the whole floor became all wet. The price I paid for a 4 stars hotel and the quality I get was a budget hotel. Will never come back to this place again.

Booked the room for short stopover, shower and rest before train to SaPa. The location is great m, 3 mins to Train station by foot.

Very attentive staff, quick laundry service, helpful maps available, super close to train street, important bus routes and other attractions.

Room is clean, front desk speaks fluent English so no issue. Mindful this is not near the old quarter, u will need to walk little bit but is fine with me. Only issue l had was they forgot to fill razor even after l remind them multiple times, other than that l will recommend
