Hôtel le Joyau Bleu Hanoï

This stay was very satisfying. The hotel's location is excellent, right near Hoan Kiem Lake, making it easy to walk to various dining and shopping options. The staff were enthusiastic and attentive, which was truly impressive!

First off, the location was absolutely perfect, just about a 3-minute walk to Hoan Kiem Lake. The breakfast was also delicious, with cooked-to-order dishes and pho. My personal favorite was the banh mi, made with French bread, ham, and vegetables. And above all, every single staff member was incredibly kind. They gave us detailed recommendations for shops and laundry services. I was truly touched by their kindness. I would love to stay here again.

Extremely satisfied with this trip! The front desk staff were incredibly friendly. The environment was fantastic, and they even invited us to rest at the front desk and offered us water, then turned on the air conditioning to cool down our room beforehand. This level of detail is something I've never experienced in any other hotel. After checking out, the hotel even allowed us to take a complimentary shower before heading to the train station for Da Nang. I highly recommend this hotel! [The room was spacious and quiet, with plenty of hot water and free ice.]
