Overall the experience surpassed expectations. For the price point the room was large, bed was comfortable and although the location was a bit outside of the desired tourist areas of the old town and French quarter, it was still quite close by either by grab or walking. I would willingly stay here again without hesitation.

Great service and a nice environment. The location is super convenient for foreigners like us, close to the famous railway market street. The only downside is that check-in isn't until after 2 PM.

Value for money accommodation in Hanoi.  Staff are very friendly and breakfast has a good daily selection.  The hotel is clean but staff needs to pay more attention to the maintenance of the room. Our room has scratches in some parts of the wall and a chunk of wall is missing in the corner.  Could have been easily rectified with a bit of wall plaster and a paint touch up.

I absolutely enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff at the hotel are just amazing - friendly, considerate and so professional. There is a free laundry service You can contact them thru WhatsApp platform and they will gladly help on any questions you asked them.

My stay with M Village Hotel was great. The room itself was spacious. However, there are approximately 10 staircases at the entrance before we can reach the lobby. It is inconvenient for hotel guests to get through these staircases with their luggage. There were unknown source of noise coming from the street at 7:00 a.m. and I was woken up by the noise.
