Fake pictures. The furnitures are old. Bedsheet and towels are dirty. Noisy and the staff are not friendly at all

The air conditioner in the room worked properly and quietly. There was a refrigerator. A little noisy from the road. Cheap. If you don't look too closely at the details, you can say that the room was clean. A very old room. There is no obvious dirt, but it doesn't sparkle with cleanliness either.

Room looked different online, advertised jacuzzi that did not exist. They charge for water bottles, and water tastes funny, like it has been sitting there for a few years. There’re dust balls on the walls. No exhaust air in the bathroom, and traffic noice is very loud. Too expensive for what they offer, and looks like a motel for one night stands.

The staff were enthusiastic, supportive, and nice. The hotel's location was good, however, the hotel was a bit old, and the toilets and mattresses were slightly dirty. Overall: 7/10

There wasn't a single issue during my visit. Comfortable room, reliable facilities, and welcoming staff made this hotel a great choice for my Hanoi trip.

The reception staff handled everything efficiently and professionally. They even helped me arrange transportation, which saved me a lot of time.

After spending the whole day sightseeing, I appreciated how quiet the hotel was. It provided exactly the kind of rest I was looking for.

Getting around Hanoi was easy from this hotel. There were plenty of restaurants, cafés, and convenience stores nearby, making my stay even more enjoyable.
