We stayed two nights at A25. The room we had was spacious and clean and the staff was really friendly. The ambience was nice and it was great that breakfast was included for the price. The breakfast was Asian style but some bread was available too.
We pre ordered a cab to the airport through the service desk which was 250 Vietnamese dong (same price a grab would have been ) and we were able to pay by Visa card.
The only thing we would have to mention is that the room felt a bit damp, since there was a missing fan in the bathroom and maybe due to weather circumstances.

It was the coldest winter in Hanoi. I stayed for three nights and added a quilt at night. It seems to be the old city flagship store of hotel chain A25, with solid wood furniture and mixed styles. The breakfast rice noodles are lighter and more delicious than those sold at street vendors. I left half an hour early in the morning because I had to catch a flight, and they also served freshly made rice noodles with great enthusiasm, which was very warm.
