Super good good hotel! We had the best stays in Hanoi, I like it that it is close to tourist attractions like hoan kiem lake, old quarter Hanoi, and the saint joseph cathedral, and thousands of food restaurants down there. Also the hotel stuffs amazing, approaching and super super nice. Very clean hotel

Everything was great at the hotel, from check-in to check-out. However, we encountered an issue which is that their breakfast buffet did not have sufficient seats for us when we went there. We were directed to a seat that was occupied by the BAGS of some inconsiderate white people, presumably they were reserving seats for their own people. Staff did nothing to resolve the tensions. Also, when we finally sat down, after about 10minutes into our breakfast, one of the senior staff had the audacity to request to verify if we had breakfast booked. She did not choose to do it at the start when we were fighting for seats, but during our meal. 0 sense. And it appeared that the lady was the manager of the breakfast room. And she only asked us. All I can say throughout my visit in Hanoi is that all service staff members prioritise white people over all other tourists, not just this hotel.

The hotel is ideally located in Old quarters. Walking distance to most places. The staff at the hotel was exceptional.

Hotel service is very helpful when we ask to leave some luggage's while we go to other provinces for two days, all staffs can communicate English.

Ha Noi Pearl Hotel far exceeded our expectations in ALL areas. They went out of their ways to take care of the guests. We needed help in many areas and requested a lot of things done for us during our stay and they did all and everything we asked for. The staff are amazing. The daily breakfast was top ten. The room are huge, and the bathroom are so modern and beautiful. Can't say enough thanks to all..

Good location

It is not good time to stay here as closed the pavement during the festival

The hotel is located very close to Hoan Kiem Lake, one of Hanoi's main attractions in the Old Quarter. The hotel staff provided excellent service. I arrived at 1 p.m. and the room was ready for early check-in. Breakfast included different types of noodles each day. Overall, the stay was good. The only downside was that the hairdryer had a very weak airflow.

Very varied and delicious breakfasts. Excellent location. Polite staff.

I am so grateful to all the staff for their bright smiles. I was especially grateful to the young man in the lobby who remembered my visit last December and greeted me warmly.

We stayed here for our honeymoon 🌈🌈 They made our room so cute and even brought us a cake as a surprise, which made us very happy 🙏🩷The hotel's location was great and it was also reasonably priced, so we'd love to stay here again 🫡

The hotel's location is very convenient, near the banks of Hoan Kiem Lake, only 3 minutes walk to the lake shore. There are bars, restaurants, and souvenir restaurants around the hotel. Breakfast food is also okay. I have stayed at the hotel many times every time I visit Hanoi.
