The hotel is great! It has a good gym, a pool with amazing views, and an ABSOLUTELY SPECTACULAR restaurant. The service is unbeatable. They treat you so well and are so attentive to everything that, at times, I even felt a bit self-conscious about how diligent they were. To provide information that might be useful to other travelers: in my case, I booked a superior room, and the window faced a neighboring building, so there wasn't much natural light. If two people are traveling with several devices, it might be a good idea to bring an adapter with multiple outlets. The outlets are also a bit short for some European chargers, although I've encountered this in quite a few places in Vietnam. The stay was wonderful, and without a doubt, it's a hotel I would recommend.

Hotel is located near main attractions. Only 10-15mins walk or 5mins drive. Staffs are very friendly! The only bad thing is the door lock is quite old, hard to open the door .

A very thoughtful hotel with excellent service. It's located away from the hustle and bustle, though the only downside is the lack of a view from the window. The rooftop bar is great, and breakfast was outstanding. They even prepared a lovely birthday surprise for me, which I really appreciated!

Our stay this time was absolutely amazing! The moment we stepped into the lobby, the stylish design and the warm welcome instantly made us feel relaxed. The room was bright, spacious, and spotless. The mattress was just right – not too soft, not too firm – and I fell asleep instantly, completely forgetting about the fatigue from traveling. The best part was the stunning view from the window; we had a fantastic panoramic view, from the gentle morning light to the dazzling night cityscape. The hotel's breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh food, and even the smallest details showed their dedication. Both the facilities and the service were impeccable. The hotel is located a bit outside the Old Town, close to West Lake. The surrounding area is lively, with many nice streets away from the tourist crowds, plus plenty of good cafes and restaurants nearby – very convenient. Breakfast was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room looked exactly as pictured: very spacious, nicely designed, with a surprisingly large bathroom. The only real downside is poor soundproofing. You can hear every noise – and every word – coming from the corridor. If you're a light sleeper, this could be a problem. Overall, a pleasant stay with great comfort and service – just wish the walls were a bit thicker.

The hotel's location is decent, and the service was great, but the soundproofing isn't good. The elevators are slow, and one of them was out of order. For the first two nights, we were given a room without a window. There's a rooftop bar and a pool. Overall, it was okay.

Very nice stay. The only problem is that they don’t have a laundry. But everything else is perfect, even a cool rooftop bar.
