They didnt properly clean the room, but only made the bed. Breakfast finishes around 9am, which is too early. Breakfast is terrible, few options everyday the same, even the scrambled eggs werent decent. Not good.

It's quite well-located, with restaurants and cafes nearby. About a kilometer from the city center, in a quiet area. The only downside would be the breakfast.

Great service, its quite quiet even if your room faces the street because its not exactly within the old quarter, perfect if you need a good sleep while still not far from the old quarter

The hotel has a great location, close to the old quarter. The room was clean, however my room was located close the elevator and the window was facing some corridors of the hotel, at night it was also loud from something. The staff is super nice and helpful, so I think overall very good experience.

Good hotel if u arrive at night. Before I had bad expiriens when I came at night and reception doesn’t work

The reception staff needs to be trained better. Two will not say same thing. And i advise not to book activities with the hotel as it is expensive than rest. There was no safe in the room and sockets were located behind the bed and next to table so was challenging to charge the devices.

Very good location and easy access. Staff are friendly and easy to get to everywhere. Will recommend this place to travellers in a group. Many nice food around too.

front desk receptionist were helpful. everything we needed was at the hotel. great location. just the showers drainage were a little flooded.

Clean room and close to shops.I dont have much to complain about.Overall,my stay is great.
