It was a Nice stay in Flower garden hotel old quarter Hanoi . Manager was very helpful and cooperative. Breakfast was good with many Choices

The room is neat and clean, spacious and bright. The service is meticulous and thoughtful. You can overlook the West Lake. It would be better if there were more varieties of breakfast. I will come again next time on a business trip

Very enjoyable stay at the flower garden hotel. Rooms were large and comfortable and the bathrooms also large. The staff were all friendly and helpful and helped make our stay enjoyable. We stayed as part of an organised tour, and the hotel was an excellent base for travelling around Hanoi. The views from the sky bar were amazing, and the gin and tonics were excellent !

Really helpful and friendly staff. Good size rooms. It was particularly nice to have a big bathroom. Great views from the rooftop bar. Central location with easy access to walk to the lake. Many nearby coffee shops, pharmacy, electronics shop.

The hotel is beautiful, clean, and has open space and is close to the city center and entertainment areas in Hanoi. The staff is friendly and enthusiastic with take care. The hotel also has a buffet, restaurant and the food is quite ok which is a plus point here. Overall very satisfied, will come back next time

This is the second time I have stayed there, everything is good, especially the service. I love how they treated me and my friend and family. The room is not quite large but spacious enough and cozy. It's worth staying, definitely will stay there next time when I come back to Hanoi
