In general, the hotel is nice. The location it's hard to imagine better one . The workers are cool and chill . U can get any good food there and high quality massage. For me ， it was one disadvantage. The room has no windows, however I booked with one big window. They explained before it has a window but recently it was removed. So ,I was cross. And they couldn't offer anything instead.

Hotel is clean and comfortable. The staff’s very friendly and helpful! I’m glad to stay here!!! 😊

Do not come to this hotel. Walls stinky from humidity, airless rooms. Hygiene is 0, guys. The receptionist is helpful but everything else is terrible.

I've stayed in Hanoi Old Quarter about three times, and it's a difficult area to choose a hotel in. There are a lot of hotels that use fake photos to deceive you, and when you get there, many of them have problems like broken air conditioners and poor drainage. Here too, the photos are a bit shabby, but the facilities are well-equipped and there are no problems.

Good service, enthusiastic support staff. I booked the room on the wrong date and was supported by the receptionist to change the date and upgrade the room for free. Good breakfast. Nice hotel and in a convenient location. Will come back if I have the opportunity to return to Hanoi. Thank
