Located in French Quarter of Hoan Kiem & tucked in a cul-de-sac. Quiet, comfortable and excellent amenities. Staff were apologetic for absence of elevator and so helpful with getting our luggage upstairs, we didn’t have to struggle at all. We found Luna Duong & night staff particularly helpful in planning our forward trip. Like all older hotels, we’ve noted the plumbing can be slightly challenging. As seasoned travellers, hubby & i work with what we have. All works out fine in the end.

The room on the first floor felt really cramped and had no windows. The cleanliness was okay, I guess. However, the hotel's amenities were incredibly comprehensive; it's the first time I've seen such a complete set of toiletries.

I had a great stay, the room was super clean. The reception team was extremely helpful and cute. I had an upgrade cause they did not have single rooms available. The price was super cheap for the value.

This hotel offers great value for money and is located in a quiet alley. The room was generally clean and tidy, with a normally functioning refrigerator. Only the bathroom was a bit small, but it didn't affect the overall experience. Duong at the front desk was amazing! She spoke some Chinese and helped me check in early.

The service was excellent; the front desk lady was always so warm and caring, and she was beautiful too! I highly recommend the hotel gives her a raise. The location is superb, with trendy cafes and restaurants all within a 500-meter radius, and Hoan Kiem Lake is within walking distance. The hotel is at the end of an alley, so it's also quite quiet. The facilities and cleanliness were average, but the outstanding service and prime location definitely made up for it.

There was a constant noise from the air conditioner, washing machine, and running water starting at 2 AM. It was impossible to sleep due to the extremely poor soundproofing. There's no elevator, but someone helped me with my luggage upstairs. The service attitude was good, but the soundproofing is absolutely terrible.

We stayed for 3 night, for basic stay and the price given is quite fair since we are out from morning till night anyway, But cleanliness definitely could be better. They do give a lot of amenities, even face wash!! Recommended on a budget. Do note they have no elevator

The hotel's service was excellent. Miss Yuan Ruan at the front desk was very beautiful and spoke Chinese. She gave me a detailed introduction to the hotel's services, recommended nearby restaurants, and even helped arrange a car to the airport. There's no elevator, but the handsome security guard helped carry my suitcase up to my room. The service was incredibly thoughtful. The hotel's location is excellent, not far from Hoan Kiem Lake and the Old Quarter. It's about a kilometer's walk, which means it's close enough without being as commercialized or overpriced as the Old Quarter itself. There are many dessert shops and trendy, Instagrammable cafes nearby, popular spots where local young people hang out.
