The hotel's location is great, just south of the train station, and it wasn't nearly as noisy as some online reviews suggested. Just a heads-up, you'll need to use the stairs to get to the first floor, so keep that in mind if you have trouble with mobility!

The location is good, close to a bustling area, but the surroundings are a bit run-down. To be fair, the whole of Ho Chi Minh City isn't exactly pristine. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly, and there were no communication barriers with English. My room was on the second floor, which isn't very high up, and the balcony opened right onto the lively street scene. The downside is that it can get a bit noisy. The room itself was quite spacious, though the twin beds were unnecessary for a solo traveler like myself. The overall decor feels relatively new, but considering the amenities, the value for money isn't great; it's on the pricier side.

Near Hanoi train station, in the Old Quarter, this hotel has a few rooms beautifully decorated in a French style. It's suitable for both business trips and tourism.

Clean and pretty central. The window is not a “real” window since it is a window opening to the flight of stairs with no light or view. Breakfast is basic.

Hanoi is really expensive! The hotel environment was just okay, and there wasn't even a washing machine. I had to send my clothes out for laundry, and they wouldn't do it if there weren't enough items. They charged an extra 180 RMB to switch to a room with a window.

The hotel's location is in the city center, which is pretty decent. The breakfast also features local specialty noodles, and everything else is fine.

This room had a lot of issues. The fridge was very noisy, the drain made strange noises periodically, and there was also a noise coming from the AC vent.

My recent stay was nothing short of disappointing. It is clear that cleanliness and customer service is not their priority. The room was disgusting- dirty corners, clump of hair found on bed, broken fake nail in bathroom, mould in bathroom and on shower head, stained pillow cases and bed sheets, fake eyelash on dressing table, overall lack of hygiene which made it impossible to stay comfortably.  Staff members were consistently rude and indifferent, showing no interest in addressing concerns or ensuring a pleasant stay.  My family and I decided to check out a day earlier due to the unbearable conditions and a night that kept us all up due to the noise from ground and lower-ground floor. The receptionist didn’t bother to ask why we are leaving earlier. Their complete lack of curiosity further highlights the hotel’s disregard for guest satisfaction.  This is the worse hotel experience! Look elsewhere for a safer comfortable cleaner stay.

The location of the hotel is far away from all attraction place. However, the staff is very kind and helpful. In overall, we enjoy the stay!!.

The overall experience at this hotel was great. The staff are all friendly. Huong, the receptionist was amazing and very helpful. I do recommend getting a room with a balcony as other rooms don't have any natural light. The location is good as it is close to a lot of things. Thank you!

Good location that is near to old quarter, room is clean and tidy. Free breakfast provided but hope that there is a different menu each day as it was the same for 2 days when we are there. Good place as price as decent considering it is a budget hotel.
