La Beaute Boutique Hotel & Spa

This is a great hotel with a perfect location! It's right in the heart of Hanoi's Old Quarter, and you can walk to all the main attractions in just a few minutes. Yet, the hotel is tucked away on a small alley, so it's much quieter than the bustling streets around it, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. I particularly want to commend the hotel team. All the staff are incredibly friendly and always ready to help. A special shout-out goes to the manager, My Lee, who handles excursions. Three days before my check-in, the hotel kindly allowed me to leave my luggage there without any issues, which was incredibly convenient. My Lee herself helped me choose the perfect tour: an army UAZ jeep tour of Hanoi. This turned out to be one of the most vivid experiences of my entire trip and allowed me to see a completely different, authentic side of Hanoi. If you're looking for a hotel with an excellent location, a calm atmosphere, and truly caring staff, I highly recommend staying here. Be sure to ask the staff for recommendations and help with tours – they truly know what's worth seeing.

The room is clean and beautiful, the price is reasonable, the staff is enthusiastic, and there's free breakfast.

Overall, I was impressed, but the small air conditioner in the triple room made it very hot. They only provided one key card. The fridge was too warm and didn't cool properly; I had to leave the door open to dissipate the heat, otherwise, it barely kept anything cold. Nothing I put in there got chilled. The entrance felt a bit hidden, but the hotel is right in the city center. The staff provided good service, which I appreciated. It's good value for money, but the air conditioning unit was definitely too small.
