Pros:
Super large, clean and spacious room with hot charcoal sauna room and jacuzzi pool in the bathroom.
The location of this hotel is great for business travelers.
Lots of banks in the area, very convenient if you need to withdraw cash from various ATMs, and Vietcombank is just 10 mins walk away for those whom need to change foreign currency.
There’s 24hr mini-mart is just 2 mins walk away, if you need a quick bite after hours.
Cons: One of the Power socket closest to the living room coach wasn’t functioning well, however that’s easily fixed with the friendly hotel staff whom was able to get me a power extension bar to charge my many devices.
Recommendation: Hotel could use an upgrade on the set-top boxes, replace faulty power sockets, provide kitchen with liquid soap and utensils.
Overall: I would definitely visit again for the next work trip. 😊

My way hotel is by far the nicest Hotel I have stayed at in Hanoi. Amazing service from the front desk to the restaurant and cleaning stuff. They helped me so much when I was in need of headache medication. Easy check in and out. It's also located close enough to resturants and a circle K around the corner. The rooms were very spacious and clean. Highly recommended.

I have to give Ctrip’s customer service a thumbs up. They have a very high attitude and professionalism in handling problems. They can quickly understand users’ problems. If they are not clear in words, they will take the initiative to make an appointment to contact them by phone. They can also provide very effective solutions and are fast internally. The price is also reasonable. The price of a nearby hotel with a small room is soaring to 13,000 yen, but this one's CP is completely excellent.
Also, the breakfast selection is a little lacking in variety, but it's enough to enjoy Vietnam to its fullest. I think it's delicious. In the evening, you can also eat steak at the same place. Cheap and decent.
I'm staying for about 10 days on business and I'm satisfied. Oh, there's also free laundry.
