Appreciated the great location, which made it easy to explore the city. The staff were attentive and provided excellent service throughout my stay. However, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the room; it was quite dusty, and the bathroom did not meet my expectations in terms of hygiene. Additionally, I noticed inconsistencies in room layout and amenities, even among rooms in the same category. Overall, while the hotel has its strengths, there's room for improvement in cleanliness and consistency.

The staff members were extremely kind and made every effort to assist with any requests. They gave us a very warm welcome by providing a complimentary welcome tea and offering information about nearby attractions.

I had a great stay! Very accessible location, nice spacious room and the staff are really friendly and accommodating. As it was my first time in Hanoi, Grace helped me a lot even before I reached the hotel. The map she gave me was really helpful in walking around the area.The souvenir coffee set added a sweet touch to my stay, too! I will surely come back again at Imperial Hotel and Spa! 😊

It was a clean and tidy hotel in the center of Hanoi. The receptionist was very kind and helpful, using the translation function to help me with directions and arranging a taxi for the return trip.

The location is very convenient in the city. Nearby tourist sites are easily accessible on foot. However, if you sign up for an optional tour, the hotel entrance is on a narrow road, so there is no pick-up or drop-off service to the front. The building is a little old, so the lights are dim so they don't stand out. Also, this may be true of any hotel, but it's difficult to adjust the bath temperature. No matter which way you turn the temperature, only extremely hot water comes out. There is no bathtub, only a shower. If you can tolerate not taking a bath, I think it's worth it.

Everything went great.

I stayed at the imperial hotel for 4 nights and I felt very warm. Especially the staff in the lobby were all kind and enthusiastic. The breakfast was exquisite and delicious. On the last day, I had to catch a flight and had no time to have breakfast. They even helped us prepare breakfast boxes. So considerate.

The location of the hotel is very good. The downtown area and the lake are just 5 minutes away from the door. There are also many snacks on the street at the entrance. The internal facilities of the hotel room are also good, almost at the level of Samsung in China, but the sound insulation of the room is relatively poor, and you can hear even a little movement in the next door or in the corridor clearly

The location is really really the best. everywhere I can go on foot. The staff are really friendly and the breakfast is really good. My parents still say that the breakfast here was better than the 5-star resort they went to the second time! I am willing to visit again the next time I go to Hanoi.

The service is really good. The location of the hotel is very close to Hoan Kiem Lake. There are many special shops, massage shops and restaurants around. The breakfast is only experienced for one day but the variety is also very rich.
