"It doesn't quite live up to the photos, but it offers great value for money. **Hygiene:** The toilet had a slight smell, a minor issue. **Location:** It's very close to the popular 'Train Street', just a 5-minute walk. There are plenty of food options and convenience stores nearby, plus banks for currency exchange. The location is fantastic! **Service:** A staff member greeted us and spoke excellent Chinese, helping us with addresses and getting a taxi. The front desk was also staffed late into the night, which was great. **Facilities:** The breakfast was varied and plentiful, and the restaurant/bar area had a great atmosphere. There's even a sky bar on the rooftop. While a little pricey, it was still acceptable."

The room was clean and well-maintained, with all the amenities we needed. Check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free, which made everything more convenient. "#1 Price: I have stayed in many locations in old town because I like to move around and experience different settings. At this price point; this hotel by far (after 3 different hotels) is the best choice for your hard earned money. Location: Excellent; 25 seconds walk from lake and close to all the attractions of old town. Really doesn’t get any better than this. Room: Everything works. -Large New smart TV with Netflix and YouTube -Fast WiFi/internet (can remote work) -(High ceiling and spacious) (I’m 5’8 ;see photos for reference) Many hotels around the area cut corners and make their rooms small and ceilings low to save space which can make you feel claustrophobic after a day or two. “Very important after a day out in old town with all the tight spaces / crowds and chaos.” -(Barely any street noise inside room; I’m sensitive to noise and slept like a baby) -Room cleaned everyday by staff. +Bonus points for the versatile lighting inside room; 8 different switches for different lighting options. ((Hotel Staff)) Available 24 hours Young and eager to help; very knowledgeable speaking many different languages and knows the town very well. (Don’t underestimate these young men and women.) I have never seen such hard working young individuals who have no other intention but to help you have the best stay at this establishment. (Special shout out) to “Denny” who ran out in the pouring rain to help me find my car ride to the airport because we were running late. Conclusion; Stop wasting time reading this review and book this hotel before the rooms are all taken; I was lucky to find a room since they’re mostly always booked."

"Booked a 2 bedroom executive suite. Very clean and spacious. Service was very good and attentive. At the 4th floor is the restaurant, gym, swimming pool and lounge with coffee & tea. Location was about 10 mins walking distance to the Old Quarter. Would recommend."

"I was on a work trip and stayed here for a week. It was a good location close enough to the center but also at a good distance if you prefer non-touristy travelling like me. The person at the receptionist guided me to some good local restaurants nearby. The guard and housekeeping person were also very supportive to me with laundry. The balcony is noisy since its the main road which is normal. I enjoyed early mornings and late night at the balcony watching people go about their day. The balcony door blocks out the noise when you're in the room. I wish there was a small fan provided, in case you want to turn off the AC sometimes. Overall, I had a very comfortable stay. I had a nice conversation with the guard while waiting for my cab via Google translate. I'm glad I chose this apartment for my trip. I will come stay again if I have the chance to. Here are some things you could try at walking distance from this apartment - Long Waits Jazz Club, Èp Station coffee (opp the apt), Lermalemer Cafe (if you want a quaint reading/work time or even a nap), Bun Cha Sin Tu (for bun cha), Van Mieu (Temple of Literature)."

"My family rent this apartment for our 1-week trip. The service is excellent, take care whenever I need. The house is very clean, tidy and has full stuffs in the kitchen when we want to cook and also have washing machine so I can do the laundry. I will definitely come and rent this home again when I visit Hanoi. 🤩💯"

"Nice hotel We chose the apartment one. We arrived very late (or very early) : 7am and we didn’t get trouble We also had (by our request) free checkout for this reason. The apartment got two bathrooms and a huge fully equipped kitchen (useful if you like to cook). Swimming pool is small and the massage was not as good as expected. Breakfast has a huge and various choices"

"Lovely hotel, staff all very nice and helpful. The hotel is situated outside the ‘main’ city area, so visiting the old town etc requires getting a taxi, but it’s not expensive. There is an expensive supermarket next door and how you go to the main road and back, the only downside being if you order a taxi or delivery they may end up going there instead so check your Grab location is set to the lobby. The room was great, very spacious and clean every day. It had all the amenities we needed to heat up food or wash some clothes after a long day walking around in the heat. The fitness centre was good and the pool nice for a relax. Nearby has some nice restaurants and bars, very expat focused so not the local feel, but very good food and coffee is easily found!"
