The apartment on the west lake is beautiful, walking around the lake at night is very chill, you can ride a bike. The apartment is fully equipped with kitchen appliances so it's convenient to enjoy dinner together and watch the lake. Too romantic for 1 day.

The hotel has always been beautiful and the service is considerate. The front desk has just been renovated, and there is a coffee shop on the first floor, which is very convenient. At this price, there is nothing better than this hotel nearby.

The room has a nice lake view, but the room is not ventilated, the room cleaning is not clean, the new check-in is cleaning. The room has a lot of dust, making the bed, drinking cups, and tables are all dusty, not cleaned. Old pillowcase, dirty looking.

Quang Ba Trade Union Hotel
3.5/511 Reviews
To be blunt I would just recommend to people not to stay at this hotel It has good views and large rooms but that's about it. The main problem is that they have absolutely no idea how to run a hotel. Firstly, the front reception asked for our passports but then said they would keep them until we checked out. Given this was our last night of a more than 2 week stay and the 6th hotel we stayed at, we knew that this ”requirement” was nonsense. They trained given for wanting the passports became more and more ludicrous. In a nutshell we quite rightly refused to hand them over. The front desk person made it clear that guests were highly likely to be bad people, run away without paying and stealing/damaging everything in the room. The rooms were poorly laid out with no care at all. A PowerPoint in the wall that was covered by furniture was accessed by then cutting a hole directly on the furniture! The buffet breakfast was arguably the biggest joke. It looked like a couple of 6 year old saw a picture of a buffet once and tried to replicate it. The selection was extremely poor. The bread selection was a few slices of plain white bread, an unopened jar of jam and no butter. Other than that there was one choice of a cut up sausage and a couple of slices of plain cheese. Totally miserable presentation and to be honest they should be adhered to even pretend that was acceptable. For whatever reason this hotel is sub standard so exercise your choice and go to many other places , just not this one.
Wild Lotus Hotel
