Hanzhong North Shore YunJing Hotel

I was extremely satisfied with my stay this time. The environment was great, and the service was excellent. I arrived at night, and the self-service late-night snack was delicious – definitely not just an afterthought. The facilities are also very new. Even though it's on a busy street, I slept very soundly! I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm passing through Hanzhong.

For my weekend trip to Hanzhong, I picked this hotel because it was ranked number one. Forgot to take pictures of the room, oops! 😂 The hotel is right on the north bank of the Han River, and the riverside scenery is truly beautiful. The room itself was quite spacious. A pleasant surprise was that they offer a late-night snack service after 9 PM, featuring Hanzhong's local specialties like hot rice noodles, cold noodles, and walnut bread!

Facilities: Very new. Cleanliness: Spotless. Environment: Quiet, spacious, and you can feed fish, ducks, and deer in the courtyard, which kids absolutely love. Right outside is a huge and beautiful wetland park. There's also a bar nearby. Service: Excellent! They proactively helped us with our luggage to the room. When our phone unexpectedly stopped working, they even came to our room to check if we needed anything. Room service is delivered by a robot. Complimentary welcome fruit on the first day: The fruit was great.

The hotel environment is great, and the room had no strange smells. The front desk staff proactively asked if we needed fish food, which the kids absolutely loved for feeding the fish. The late-night snack was also exceptional, very authentic and delicious. We actually looked forward to it every night, even though we worried about gaining weight! All in all, it was a fantastic experience, and we'll definitely stay here again next time.

Booked this room for my parents, and they absolutely loved it. It was very quiet for sleeping, which met their need for peace and comfort. The morning view was also excellent. We'll definitely book here again next time we visit Hanzhong.

Just got to the room and found a problem with the toilet, so I had to change rooms. It really put a damper on my travel mood.

The room was incredibly spacious and bright, and the hotel's central location made shopping and dining super convenient. The room amenities were complete and well-maintained, and everything was spotless. Parking was ample and easy, and the service quality was excellent – truly trustworthy.

I booked a suite, and the hotel environment was excellent – very quiet, with great facilities and a lovely decor. They even offered thoughtful late-night snacks. Overall, I was very satisfied with both the food and the accommodation. However, for a suite costing nearly 3000 a night, there shouldn't be such basic errors. The bedsheets in the master bedroom had unexplained stains, I couldn't tell if it was blood or something else. Since I had my cat with me, I had put up the 'Do Not Disturb' sign so the room couldn't be cleaned. For two nights, I had to sleep with a towel covering the stains. I hope they can avoid this in the future; there wasn't just one stain, which made me feel quite uncomfortable.

The hotel service is fantastic! Especially the front desk and restaurant staff, who are always ready to help and incredibly warm, truly matching the service level of a five-star hotel. After checking in, we received fresh fruit every day, and there was even a late-night snack available after 9 PM. The hotel environment is excellent, located right inside a wetland park. The only minor downside is that the TV doesn't support screen mirroring, which I hope they can improve. After checking out, we even received a parting gift (four bags of tea)!
