The corridors lights could not be switched off at night making the room uncomfortable to fall asleep as the light permeated the room.
The bed side lights were non functional needing one to walk to the entrance wall to switch off the room light.
Made a complaint about these issues but nothing was done about it. Quite poor service

The excellent accommodation in a perfect calm and safe location brought a great HOME for our business travel. Not only that the amenity itself big enough, it is always clean, with a lot of necessary equipment. All wishes and dreams becoming true thanks to the service provided by stuff. Are you not up to going somewhere - don’t worry the chefs can prepare more than you would expect! Always served with beauty and delicious taste. I would highly recommend to book the hotel it is great value for money and you will be always save!

A superb place with all the facilities you need. Stayed here for two weeks while working at the university of Zimbabwe.The surroundings are very calm and safe. The staff makes you feel as a part of a family. Very nice breakfast and a rich selection of dishes for dinner. The rooms are very clean and the beds are comfortable. I strongly recommend this place if you're going to Harare.

My employer selected this place for me to stay, based on price, security, convenience, and amenities. It was a worthy choice. I was there among both African and European visitors, and I experienced a warm welcome. I found the breakfast was substantial and varied.

Mt Pleasant was a pleasant stay for us. Our only issue is that it is a bit secluded and since we did not have a car, it was a bit more difficult to get around. The great thing was that they have a car on the property available to take you around, for a fee of course. The rooms were also very spacious and clean.

What makes Mount Pleasant BnB really awesome besides the warm welcoming ambience is the staff. They make guests feel like they are home. Amazingly refreshing and relaxing. Highly recommended for business and pleasure
