Really pleasant and amazing people along with great rooms. The staff greets you with big warm smiles in the morning as well as the owner Pauline. I would definitely recommend a stay here.

Nice room although a little small and no AC (was not needed for me). Very good and pleasant reception and nice host, very helpful, and good atmosphere. Food was also great. I only stayed one night but hope to come back some day.

I stayed at the Malcolm Lodge for a week. The service was impeccable and the food was amazing. The Malcolm Lodge is also well-located and accessible to most places in the northern suburbs.

My wife and I stayed for three nights. The rooms were quiet, clean and comfortable. Malcolm Lodge is in a quiet suburb with a lovely garden in which to relax. The staff and service were second to none.

After a long haul journey to Harare. Our short overnight stay at Malcom lodge on our way to Mana Pools was perfect. Paulette, Malcom and Susan were very welcoming and helpful. The rooms are spacious, well appointed and spotlessly clean. The bed was huge and very comfortable and the shower water was toasty hot. Malcolm Lodge is set in beautiful gardens and has spacious public areas to enjoy. We stayed a Sunday night when evening meals are not available so we ordered takeout from the local Thai restaurant and Malcolm Lodge provided our party of 5 with crockery and cutlery which was a great help. Paulette prepared us a tasty packed breakfast for our early start too. Highly recommend Malcolm Lodge for buildings or leisure guests in Harare. It’s a home from home.

I stayed at Malcolm Lodge for ~3 weeks while I was in Harare for work and loved it there. The people are amazing - so kind and helpful. The garden is beautiful and they have quite a few friendly pets around that give the place an overall homey and welcoming vibe. It was walking distance to a few shops and restaurants which I also liked. If I am ever back in Harare, I will stay here again!
