I travelled with my family and booked two rooms. Rooms were good with respect to space and cleanliness. However one room was awesome having good interior and furniture and the other was normal. Although I booked one week before but the rooms were not side by side which was required for family members. It is close to west railway station and metro station, very easy to travel. Environment is clean and fresh air as the area is newly constructed. Overall, we liked it and recommend for travelers need space and comfort.

The place is more a home stay. It’s a loft. It’s well located, with amenities inside the loft; and clean. However we were expecting more for the cost.

We are family of 2 adults and two kids 10 and 15 years old stayed for two nights. Actually we have arrived at late night at 00:30 and just called to the reception by number which was provided by trip com. The front desk guy went downstairs and gave us the access to our room. The front desk is located at 4 floor 412 room block E . The room was convenient, very clean, the two double beds are big and comfortable. The window view to the west railway station. We went by walk about 16 minutes from the hotel to railway. The wanda plaza needs to take a taxi to get in and it’s about 10 minutes by car. The room is warm, the windows are good closed, has refrigerator but doesn’t have any dishwear. If you want to eat and cook some simple meal at the room then will need to bring your own tableware. Also we stored our luggage for free at the front desk for few hours. My family have enjoyed the stay. Appreciate for the good accommodation!

It baffles me how Trip.com could allow such a disgrace to carry the esteemed Park Hyatt name. This establishment is simply not worth the money, and I urge fellow travelers to steer clear. First and foremost, upon arrival, I was shocked to discover that there was no hotel counter. This oversight made it nearly impossible for taxi drivers to locate the hotel, as it's housed within a commercial building converted into hotel rooms. The lack of proper signage and guidance only added to the frustration of trying to find this elusive establishment. Once inside, any hopes of a luxurious experience quickly evaporated. The room was reminiscent of a run-down motel, with outdated furnishings and a noticeable lack of cleanliness. The linens appeared used, and the bathroom amenities were far from satisfactory, failing to meet even the most basic standards of hygiene. Furthermore, the hotel's facilities were a complete letdown. The promised amenities were either unavailable or in such poor condition that they were practically unusable. From the nonexistent service at the non-existent hotel counter to the lackluster dining options, it was abundantly clear that this was not the five-star experience I had been led to believe. In conclusion, my stay at Park Hyatt Harbin was a monumental disappointment, and I'm appalled that such a subpar establishment is allowed to tarnish the reputation of the Park Hyatt brand. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this so-called "hotel" at all costs. There are plenty of superior options available in Harbin that offer genuine luxury and hospitality, none of which can be found at this sorry excuse for accommodation.

The hotel is really convenient to go the train station of Harbin west (哈尔滨西). Not really for everything else in the city. The room was really spacious and comfy, with a nice view on the train station. In our room in the bathroom door someone punched it and there was a hole (not see through) in the door. The receptionist does not speak English, but still helped us a lot. The room was too hot (at a certain point we opened the window), but for one night just to catch a train it was a deal. We weren't able to locate where to go for the reception in a first moment

The room is clean and the location is good. We went to the Qunli Campus of Harbin Medical University First Hospital for medical treatment. The starting price is enough to get there. It is also very close to Harbin West Station. I will come again next time I come to Harbin

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. It's very close to Harbin West Station. It's very convenient to go out downstairs. There's a subway station about a 5-minute walk away. The room is large and clean. The boss is enthusiastic and the service is in place. I really recommend it!

The room is very clean and tidy, and the layout is very warm, not as stiff as traditional hotels. After strolling in the evening, I came back and closed the curtains, ate supper and watched a movie, and nestled comfortably on the sofa. The self-service check-in is very friendly to people with social phobia 😁, saving the tediousness of going to the front desk to check in. ps: What is surprising is that it is equipped with a disposable toilet cover, which is very detailed and warm! Thumbs up!!! I will come again next time if I have the chance!

I didn't have high expectations, but I was pleasantly surprised after checking in. The price of this hotel is very affordable, but the service and facilities provided are not compromised at all. Although the room is not very big, it is very cozy and the bedding is very comfortable. The hotel also provides free Wi-Fi with a strong signal, allowing me to keep in touch with family and friends at any time. Moreover, the hotel staff is also very enthusiastic and considerate. In general, this hotel is very cost-effective and one of the most cost-effective hotels I have ever stayed in. I highly recommend it to everyone!
