店家特別好，免費升級房型，我們買的紅腸給冷凍，不厭其煩幫我們跑好幾趟。房型大，帶孩子冬天行李多，住的很方便。特別是早餐九塊錢真是超值啊，好吃。出行很方便，及地鐵口六七百米，打車去中央大街十分鐘，火車站更近，用不了十分，總之體驗感很棒，推薦

衞生：三百多在哈爾濱住個賓館就跟江蘇一百的差不多，政府也不知管理，看來不能跟風。哈爾濱沒啥好玩，不來後悔一次，來了後悔一輩子，哈爾濱來一次足夠，下次再也不來了，被子床上枕頭上都是頭髮，前台電話都打不通，
環境：要不是凌晨到，絕對不會住，走廊一股説不出的味道
服務：都説東北人熱情，沒感覺到熱情，可能我們半夜到打擾人休息了，心情不好吧
設施：酒店設施已經很老，很對不起這價格，我從來不給人差評的，這次讓我心裏很不爽，住一晚我都怕得傳染病

服務好，衞生好，房間很暖和，打掃很及時，設備設施都好用，離地鐵二號線很近，去中央大街冰雪大世界很方便，工作人員非常熱情，附近的果戈裏大街周邊吃飯的很多，一個性價比很高的賓館。
