The back window of the guest house is Harbin Institute of Technology. If you visit Harbin Institute of Technology, go to the west gate. Only students are allowed to pass through the other doors. The guest house is not inside the campus, but on the edge of the campus. It is close to the subway station and bus station, and the transportation is relatively convenient. The rooms are on the first floor and semi-basement, and the standard rooms are cheaper than those at Home and other budget hotels. Some houses have no windows, and the price is particularly favorable, ranging from 110 to 125 yuan. The environment, sanitation, and facilities are all pretty good. There are not many surrounding facilities. The exterior walls have been insulated in the past month. The hotel supplies are relatively complete and the hygiene inside is relatively good. The front desk space is not large and there is no reception sofa. It is not suitable for business accommodation. It is suitable for short-term business trips and economical tourist accommodation. Northeast-style oil paintings are hung on the walls on both sides of the passage, which are quite distinctive.

The room was too dark and uncomfortable, and the toilet smelled... There was only one triangle socket at the door. The location was very inconvenient. Maybe other room types are better, but this deluxe room has nothing but big size.

It was very noisy. Guests came into the room in the middle of the night and it was noisy. It was not bright in the morning and the children were noisy. I am really ashamed of Harbin Institute of Technology.

How can I put it, the hardware has no advantages, the service is really not good, the air conditioner in the room is like a tractor, the house is weirdly dark, it is actually a basement. What's even weirder is that when I checked out, I went to the front desk at 12:10 and the formalities were at 12:21. Then they told me that I was 20 minutes overtime and charged an additional 30 yuan room fee. I was speechless! The price/performance ratio is too bad, the perception is too bad, please consider it carefully!

It's quite old, and the environment is similar to a guest house from twenty years ago, but the disposable supplies are quite good.
