Our stay truly exceeded expectations! The room was clean, tidy, and odor-free! The staff were friendly and enthusiastic, check-in was efficient, and all our requests were promptly addressed. Our child loved it!

So glad I chose this hotel for my trip to Harbin! The location is absolutely fantastic – just a few minutes' walk to Central Street, St. Sophia Cathedral, and the Harbin Museum, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing and dining. The hotel has a simple yet stylish design, and the lobby has a great vibe. Our room was clean and tidy, with soft and comfortable bedding, and a separate wet and dry bathroom, which made our stay very relaxing. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and check-in was efficient. They even offer free afternoon tea and evening porridge, though unfortunately, we were out exploring and didn't get a chance to try them. The breakfast selection was extensive. It's a quiet oasis amidst the bustling city, saving us a lot of hassle getting around, and offers great value for money. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Harbin and will definitely choose it again next time!

The location is excellent and the room was comfortable, but the service attitude was very poor. We checked out at noon and left our luggage at the front desk. After lunch, around 2:59 PM, my child got a splinter in their hand. We wanted to borrow a sewing kit to get a needle and remove it, so we asked the front desk. However, the young lady at the front desk was cold and simply said they didn't have one, then ignored us. We asked multiple times, explaining that we had borrowed one from housekeeping the day before, but she still just kept saying they didn't have one at the front desk. It wasn't until we asked to speak to a manager that she reluctantly called housekeeping, who then agreed to bring one down. Such service attitude is truly unimpressive.

The room was quite spacious, but for over 700 yuan during peak summer, the overall value for money was just okay. The breakfast was also relatively simple. The most satisfying aspect of this hotel was the lighting design; when you turn on the lights in the morning, they gradually brighten, so it's not too harsh on the eyes. The hotel's location is very convenient. Central Street is just across the road, and Zhaolin Park and Harbin Museum are also within easy reach.

The location was fantastic, very convenient for getting to Central Street. Although the hotel isn't large, it has a modern style. Even though it's on a busy street, the soundproof windows work great. My only complaint would be that the soundproofing between floors and rooms could be better. The staff, especially the cleaning aunties, were incredibly warm and attentive. Breakfast was good, with a decent variety and quality, and they even offered afternoon tea and late-night congee. Overall, it's a hotel with excellent value for money!

The loft room with two large beds was perfect for our big family. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of Central Street, Liedao Market, and Hongzhuan Street Morning Market, and right behind the Harbin City Museum. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide variety of choices, and they even offered afternoon fruit and pastries. We had a late flight, and the hotel kindly extended our check-out time to 4 PM, which we really appreciated.

The overall stay experience at this hotel was great! The room was clean and tidy, and the staff were very friendly. The front desk handled check-in efficiently. It's close to many dining and shopping options, making it convenient for getting around. It's suitable for both business trips and leisure travel. I highly recommend it!

The location is super convenient, just a short walk to Central Street and the church. The hotel has two entrances, and the one next door leads right to the Harbin Museum. There are also plenty of specialty restaurants nearby. The room was quite spacious, perfect and comfortable for a family stay. The laundry room was a nice convenience, and the breakfast had a good variety and tasted great.

Pros: Great location, very close to Central Avenue, Zhaolin Park, and Saint Sophia Cathedral, making it convenient to visit anytime. Taxis are easily accessible right outside the hotel. We stayed in a duplex family room, which had a nice decor and two large beds, offering separate spaces perfect for a family. Cons: Our room was on the first floor, and there were some insects. The window faced a small street, so passersby could easily see into the room. The bathroom was poorly ventilated and had a very loud flushing sound, making it awkward to use if someone was sleeping. Breakfast was very ordinary; the Chinese dishes were acceptable, but the Western options like cakes, bread, milk, and cereals were quite poor. The afternoon tea was very basic with not much to eat, and I didn't see the evening congee, so I can't comment on that.
