Mudong Youth Hostel (Harbin Central Street Branch)

There's no elevator on the fourth floor, though they do offer free luggage assistance. Still, going up and down the stairs is quite a trek. The original owner has sold out, and the hostel lacks any unique character or atmosphere. However, the location is excellent.

The location is excellent, convenient, and clean. Aside from the elevator being out of service, which was a bit inconvenient (though staff helped carry large luggage upstairs), everything else was good. There's a washing machine and dryer, and paid coffee and tea are available.

The accommodation service was excellent, and the facilities were comprehensive, making for a very safe stay. The location is superb, close to many attractions. The staff were also very enthusiastic and provided a lot of help. Overall, the check-in experience was fantastic!

I really like this place; it's very comfortable overall. My favorite part is that while every room has its own bathroom for showering and using the toilet, there are also shared showers and toilets in the common areas, which is incredibly convenient. Plus, they have washing machines and dryers. It's also right on Central Street downstairs, so it's very close and there are plenty of places to eat.

Great location on Central Street pedestrian area, making it very convenient to go out. The elevator was out of order, so we had to use the stairs, but someone helped us with our luggage during check-in and check-out. Regarding the facilities: The bed was a bit old, making creaking noises with the slightest movement, which slightly affected our sleep. The power outlet by the bed was worn out, and my charger wouldn't fit. Later, the front desk provided an adapter, but it made the bedside area look a bit messy. Service: There were some minor issues with cleanliness, but the front desk staff were all very proactive and helpful. When occupancy wasn't high, they were flexible and allowed for late check-out.

The service was excellent, very warm and attentive. I honestly think it's one of the top hostels in Harbin, even if it's a bit on the pricey side. The hostel's location is super convenient, with Peony Restaurant and KFC right downstairs. I'm looking forward to the opening of the Harbin-Yichun High-Speed Railway. If I get the chance, I'd love to visit Harbin again and explore the nearby areas.

For only 100, this room was an absolute steal! Such great value for money. However, all the mall elevators were broken, and after a whole day of walking, having to climb up was really exhausting.

The environment is great, with large common areas and plenty of facilities. There's even a cinema next door. The room has a private bathroom and comfortable bedding. Overall, I highly recommend it.
