Manxin Hotel Harbin Central Street Sophia Church

The hotel's location is excellent, right by St. Sophia Church Square. At night, after the tourists leave, it's so peaceful to walk around the quiet church, sit, and just take it all in. The hotel even provided church tickets and upgraded our room. Many thanks to the front desk staff!

Staying at this hotel was a delightful surprise! The room had an absolutely stunning view – just open the window and you're greeted with breathtaking scenery. The lighting was beautiful and soft during the day, and in the evening, the ambiance was just perfect, making every photo Instagram-worthy. The room itself was clean, tidy, and well-equipped, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location is excellent, making it super convenient for getting around and shopping. The staff were all very kind and attentive. If you're looking to visit the cathedral, this hotel is definitely a top choice. The overall experience was fantastic, and the breakfast was great too!

This stay was fantastic, I absolutely have to give the hotel a huge thumbs-up! First off, the hotel's location is incredibly convenient and superb. You step right out to St. Sophia Church, and across the street is Daoli Market. It's about a 10-minute walk to Central Avenue, and if you follow Central Avenue all the way to the end, you'll reach the Flood Control Monument, Stalin Park, and the Songhua River. Secondly, the overall environment of the hotel is elegant and quiet. As soon as you enter the lobby, you're enveloped in a warm and comfortable atmosphere, and the hotel lobby offers afternoon tea daily. The cleanliness of the rooms is impeccable; the bedding is pristine white, and the bathroom and every corner are spotless, making for a truly reassuring stay. In terms of service, the staff were warm and attentive. From check-in to check-out, the entire process was delightful. Any issues we had were promptly addressed and patiently resolved, showing thoughtful attention to detail. The housekeeping aunties were especially friendly, providing excellent and warm service. Finally, I have to praise the hotel's breakfast. The selection was rich, combining both Chinese and Western options, with fresh ingredients and flavors that cater well to most palates. Being able to enjoy such a delicious and hearty breakfast at the hotel provided ample energy to kick off a vibrant day. Overall, this is a hotel with excellent value for money and outstanding performance in all aspects. I wouldn't hesitate to choose it again for my next trip and highly recommend it to everyone!

The hotel's location is fantastic; we could see the cathedral right from our room. There are also plenty of dining options nearby, and the Russian bakery downstairs was delicious. The in-room washer/dryer was a huge plus for travelers on a multi-day trip. All the staff we encountered were incredibly nice, and their service was efficient and thoughtful.

The room was excellent. The second-floor room had floor-to-ceiling windows with a panoramic view of the church. The hotel staff called in advance to describe the room and suggested choosing a second-floor room with floor-to-ceiling windows. Very satisfied.

Traveled with my wife and friends; the ladies wanted to take some photoshoots. This location is very close to where they changed and did their makeup. As for the environment and service, Manxin never disappoints; it's consistently excellent. We avoided the busy summer crowds, so the price was very good value.

The room was bright and spacious, and the front desk service was excellent. The breakfast was rich and tasty. The location is convenient, and you can even see St. Sophia Cathedral from the room. It's very easy to get to all the attractions from the hotel!
