The location is very good. There is a big shopping mall in same building where you can find restaurants, supermarkets even drug store easily.

Service wise was good, not many conversations made because of language barrier but both parties tried best to delivered messages. Room was spacious for 3 people, they refresh our amenities each day but not vacuum the room though. Toilet has this unpleasant smell but overall was decent as it should be.

Room is spacious, the 2 double beds can fit 4 pax! The shower room is awesome and the soap smells very good. The front desk agents are friendly and helped us to keep our room even when we were checking in the next day after the booking. Afternoon tea has quite a big spread and all staff are friendly!

Run down & shabby state Of The hotel - very discomforting - carpet In The room is dirty and Lightning is dilapidated. For such high rise bldg there should be more Lifts instead Of Only 2. Its nothing like what is shown on TRIP.com - never again

The location was above a large mall with surrounding night life. The Wanda Square, the Meteo Station and the west train station are all within walking distance.
The service was very helpful, friendly and most of all professional. A welcome snack had also been provided.
The breakfast was Chinese style, the food offered varied every day. It was enjoyable.
A few things however, were old and worn. This gave the room the impression of former luxury. Everything, including the elevators, was very clean, however.
Overall, an enjoyable stay.

Welcoming hotel, very kind! great room! Big and comfy. We even got an upgrade without asking. Breakfast correct. Afternoon tea on the top floor so beautiful and relaxing. Great value for the price

We stayed this hotel 5 days. This is really very good hotel. All personnal very good and professionnal. If we visit Harbin again, we stay this hotel.
