Novotel Harbin Zhongyang Street

This was my subsequent stay at this hotel, and I was very satisfied. The hotel's location is excellent, with convenient transportation. There are plenty of dining options nearby, catering to all budgets. The afternoon tea in the hotel has a lovely ambiance, perfect for a relaxing chat, and the surrounding views are beautiful. The breakfast offers a rich variety of Chinese and Western pastries. Highly recommended.

Our family stayed for four nights. This hotel, part of the Accor Group, boasts an excellent location. Turn left upon exiting, and you're at the Hagia Sophia. Across the street are the Daoli Vegetable Market and the Xin Yi Bai shopping mall. The room was spacious, offering a direct view of the cathedral, which was especially beautiful at night. The staff clearly had professional training, as their service attitude was exceptional. The breakfast spread was plentiful, with hot dishes changing daily. Additionally, there was afternoon tea every day, serving fruits and pastries.

The room was clean with a direct view of the church. The location was super convenient; we could walk to Central Avenue, and there were plenty of places to eat nearby. Overall, it's a good hotel. My only minor complaint would be the long wait times for the elevator.

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to St. Sophia Cathedral and Daoli Market. Central Street is within walking distance, and there are many great food options nearby. There's also a bus stop right outside, making it convenient for both dining and getting around.

First time visiting Harbin and I chose this newly opened Novotel. The room was spacious, clean, and tidy, with all new furniture and appliances. The front desk staff were also very friendly and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located near St. Sophia Cathedral and Central Street, making it super easy to get around. Highly recommend!

The front desk service was excellent; all my requests were promptly handled. The room was well soundproofed, allowing for a quiet rest, and the view from the room was also beautiful.

I brought my child to Harbin for university, and the hotel's location is excellent. It's super close to Central Street, the cathedral, the riverside, and the famous local market, making it very pleasant to explore on foot. The hotel rooms are clean, the service is attentive, and the breakfast is good. We also noticed many foreign guests staying here. The only drawback is the lack of hotel parking. If you're driving from out of town, you'll need to find your own parking. The parking lot under the hotel charges 73 yuan per day. Nearby parking is 7 yuan per hour, so parking is quite inconvenient.

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! It's only a 10-minute walk to Central Street. The front desk staff, a very kind gentleman, upgraded our room! We had a direct view of St. Sophia Cathedral from our window! The room was very clean, and the bedding was super comfortable. Most importantly, the soundproofing was excellent! We had a wonderful two-night stay and rested so well!

I stayed for three nights, and the environment was exceptionally good. I was given a separate, south-facing room which was incredibly quiet. I spent the whole second day relaxing at the hotel, and it was very comfortable. I especially want to praise the hotel's pillows – such a thoughtful detail! They have different heights, which was perfect for me as someone who prefers a lower pillow. 100 points! Since my high-speed train was at 6 PM, the front desk also kindly allowed a late checkout until 2 PM. Both the front desk staff and the cleaning auntie were very friendly and approachable.
