Baibo Hotel (Harbin Central Street Branch)

Had a really good stay. There's parking available, the room was clean, and the service was thoughtful. It's super close to Central Street, making it easy to get around. Plus, there's a morning market and a night market right opposite the hotel, which was great for exploring.

During my trip, I stayed at this hotel, and I was impressed with its cleanliness and hygiene. The room was spotless and free of any unpleasant odors. The mattress was just right – not too soft, not too firm – ensuring a very peaceful night's sleep. Check-in at the front desk was quick and efficient, and the staff were polite and patient. The location is convenient, with easy access to transportation and dining options. The Wi-Fi was stable, making it suitable for both business and family travel. Overall, it offers good value for money, and I highly recommend it.

Pros: The staff were excellent, very friendly and welcoming. Every evening they'd ask if we had enough water. The hotel is also very close to all the attractions, making getting around super convenient. Cons: The hygiene was really poor. There was still trash and candy wrappers left over from the previous guest. I'm already a light sleeper, and they put us in a room right next to the elevator. Because the facilities are so old, we could hear the elevator going up and down very loudly every night. The room also didn't even have tea or coffee packets, which felt a bit outdated. I probably won't stay here again.

Let's start with the positives: The environment is quite nice, and it's very clean. The breakfast area also has a good atmosphere, and the food is decent. The service was okay. Now for the negatives: The foot of the bed is too close to the TV, making the sleeping area feel very cramped. I kept bumping my leg on it, which created a strong sense of confinement. It was even difficult to turn around in the room because it felt so tight. Oddly, the bathroom was quite spacious. Also, the room door was warped and sagging, and the bathroom door was broken and wouldn't close.
