酒店位置還是很不錯的，離哪都很近，中央大道，紅磚街早市，松花江性價比:相對於其他家還是很不錯的wifi:酒店有wifi，內部整體很乾凈隔音:沒聽到吵鬧聲，挺安靜的~房間設施:被子很乾凈服務態度：很好，提前到了一陣提前打電話還協商放行李啥的，打了好幾個，很耐心

都説哈爾濱人豪爽，這次確實感受到了他們的熱情，老闆老闆娘人非常好，房間也比較寬敞舒適，唯一不足的是熱水器小了點，短時間洗澡夠用，稍長時間熱水不夠用，説實話在繁華地段這個價格有點小小的不足性價比很高了

入住前，我看到網上的點評衞生很差，向去哪兒網提出取消訂單，收到去哪兒網的回覆需要扣除30%的服務費用入住當天晚上，上去的途中，看到公寓在一棟很破舊的大廈，電梯和地面都很臟亂差進入房間後，看到的環境臟亂差，房間的冰箱發出惡臭，電視很多灰塵、洗手間很臟。整體看到都是無法入睡的環境，因為已經夜晚10點左右了，想着就算了，所以準備洗澡發現放出來的水是發黃的，以為是開頭這樣，所以再次放多一洗手盤，結果還是發黃的聯絡商家上來查看商家上來後，他自己也發現水發黃，接着試試是否放久一些可以變為正常但是都是發黃的我提出這樣的房間無法入住店家直接説，這又不是用來喝的水，不影響入住我一把火就上來了，我不用洗澡和刷牙的麼？我聯絡去哪兒網，要求免費取消訂單。同時我不得不重新預訂正規的酒店結果去哪兒網居然提出需要和店家溝通協商才能回覆我。直至第二天上午才給予我具體的處理方案：從我的房費扣除30%的預付款+511元的消費金賠償至今我不理解去哪兒網的邏輯所以整個過程，我不舒服也不愉快，對於去哪兒的處理的結果，也是極為不滿意。
