老賓館，環境還可以，樓下一排好吃的，離火車站走路二十分鐘，但有幾點大家可以瞭解下：1、沒有一次性拖鞋。2、沒有吹風機，吹風機在樓道公用。3、熱水很慢，最熱的水都不敢洗澡有點涼。

去了哈爾濱，連續住了4個晚上，總結如下
●酒店價格：過年期間，比起周邊還是很實惠的價格了
●酒店位置：離哈爾濱站近，離鐵路局地鐵站近，交通比較方便
●酒店設施；老店設施比較舊，湊合能用
●酒店安全：很安全沒有小卡片
●酒店衞生：衞生較差，4天沒有一天進來打掃過，換牙刷清理垃圾放紙巾
●酒店早餐；有雞蛋饅頭小米粥，還有小鹹菜嘎嘎給力

房間很小，設施設備不全，房間兩個洗髮水，電視遙控器電池🔋不全，有的前台半夜睡覺不給有預訂的人辦入住，床單不乾淨，地面有頭髮，淋浴房小。電視小，屋裡衹有一把椅子，沒有地方吃飯。門關不上，需要撞門，入住第一天門卡開不了門。窗户漏風，適合冷藏。

設施：不隔音，旁邊屋子打呼嚕聲音可以很清楚聽到
衞生：剛進去房間角落明顯有垃圾，衞生間地漏還有一個用過的避孕套
環境：一般，熱水不太熱，早上完全沒有熱水
服務：服務還可以，前台大姐特意給了兩個房間，讓我去挑選，看喜歡哪個

整體感覺一個差字！衞生間令人令人作嘔，被子有黴味，在北方的秋天，房間內很潮濕。我住了3天，房間也不給打掃，不打掃也罷，可是最起碼的牙刷、衞生紙要保證吧？問前台，前台還理直氣壯地擲地有聲地説，客人入住期間，我們這裏都是不打掃的。
