Kyriad Marvelous Hotel (Harbin Railway Station Zhongyang Street) Reviews

I booked the hotel based on the reviews and I was shocked and disappointed when I got there. The front desk staff were nothing like what I read. They were not helpful and appeared impatient when I asked them for information. Maybe because I am yellow skin. The room was small but that’s ok. The shower area and toilet were very small. When you open the toilet door, it almost touches the edge of the toilet bowl. Although the furniture was old and carpet was dirty-looking, nothing shocked me more than seeing a used mask on the floor! Water pressure wasn’t great. In fact the temperature was inconsistent. I would say this is a 2.5 star hotel. For the price, it’s better to go for a hotel that’s right in the middle of Zhongyang Street. There’s nothing next to the hotel.

This hotel is very warm in sub-zero winter, excellent for people coming from subtropical areas. Location is very close to Zhongyang Central Street and the St. Sophia's Cathedral. Fast food restos are also nearby. Taxis know the area well. The streets around the area are great for walking-- they are architectural marvels. The hotel has a shop below that is always open. The hotel manager invited us to some dumplings in the eve of New Year.

Close to the railway station and most of the attractions. Clean and the service was good.

I really enjoyed staying at Kyriad Marvelous Hotel. Great service. Rooms are clean and very warm. It's a very good location from the metro and the Cathedral as well as the famous walking street.

Not far from Siant sophia, can walk to visit. Room is clean but a little bit small area. Reception Chinese speaking only. Breakfast not enough if you go after 8:00AM. Total is ok!!

The hotel rooms are OK, and the sanitary conditions are acceptable. The hotel's exterior is under renovation. There are many hotel rooms in total, but there are only a dozen parking spaces. There is no one in charge of the parking lot entrance, so cars often cannot get out when they arrive at the entrance, and you have to go to the front desk to ask someone to open the door.
