Harbin is dry, so you can buy water downstairs. Living on the third floor, there is no elevator. Luggage is transported through a dedicated small elevator, which is inconvenient. I am afraid of manually placing luggage in the small elevator every time, so choose carefully. Youth hostel standards, don't expect too much.
