櫃子上很臟，關鍵洗澡衣服都脱了，等了十多分鐘還是冷水。打了電話説在燒水要半個小時後。入住沐浴露就半瓶。家庭房入住的人根本不夠用。也行。第二天出去玩半天回酒店到樓上卡刷不了。服務電話完全沒有。手機打電話來句你下來卡要重新弄下才可以。然後廁紙沒有。下樓要。説給送。沐浴露用完也不給換。結果到中午10點 退房都沒給送。
