Response from Property: Dear Guest, thank you so much for your detailed and honest review! We are delighted that you enjoyed the complimentary gift upon check-in and appreciated the hotel's convenient location, just a 10-minute walk from the high-speed rail station. We sincerely apologize that the building we are in is relatively old and houses several other branded hotels, which may have slightly affected your experience. We are committed to maintaining high standards of room cleanliness, service quality, and value for money, striving to create a comfortable and pleasant stay even in an older building. We have carefully considered your suggestions and will continue to optimize our facilities. We look forward to welcoming you back on your next trip and wish you a pleasant journey!
